They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
