It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They supposedly have a good professional reputation. However... They leave me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. Dr. Favis is usually too rushed to listen to what I have to say, and she's not very caring. She doesn't review my charts before she comes in and I'm always having to remind her of which medications I'm on and which ones I'm not.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Staff changes too frequently to be familiar with office procedures

Accounting department is NOT patient friendly - Never did I have a Doctor's staff member hang up on me during a review of my billing until recently.


Doctor fails to review chart regularly prior to consultation with patient.
