They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
