They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
