I have been here about 7 times. Almost every single one of my appointments were canceled because "The Dr. was sick" or "Had an emergency", and they never even call to let me know. You only find out when you arrive for your appointment. I thought that maybe they didn't have my correct phone number but when I checked, they did. I asked why this keeps happening (no phone call), and they say "Well we are busy, we don't have time to keep calling people", My questions, when I actually had an appointment, were never answered, they are always in a hurry to get everyone in and out. This would be one of, if not the lowest, rated place I have ever been to. Try for yourself and see or save your time and money (copay).

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

This doctor needs to realize the patients are what make her practice. She doesn't spend enough time with them or make things clear. And apparently her staff is treated the same because there are always new people there. Her turnover rate is horrible. And there are not enough of the staff there are only 2 girls for an entire office.

The only thing good about this office is that it was easy to find. The meds girl never does what she says shes going to do(traci} nd I've been trying for a week to get a prescription. The doctor is either unaware or just does'nt care. Go anywhere else!!!!!

A very sad doctor went for first time only got to talk to her 5 mins.not easy to call every time you call you have tell some guy why you calling and he says ok i ring you to girl that dose meds and test but she nevers calls you or never faxs the med to get filled.
