I have been seeing Dr Crall going on 15 years now. I cannot speak highly enough of him, he has saved me a couple times over the years and has always referred me to other top notch doctors. Dr Crall takes his time to explain what he feels is wrong and has no problems listening to your concerns either. I never feel rushed at any of my appointments.

I have been a patient of Dr Crall for seventeen years now, and would never think about using another doctor as my Primary Care. Dr Crall has an above average knowledge about cardiac issues, instituted a special program for this. He has save me numerous times from serious issues that I was not aware of. He is highly intelligent, personable, very easy to talk to and extremely thorough. There is no better care around other then Dr crall. I travel from the Trinity area to stay within his practice. Just cannot say enough good things about this man.

I have been seeing Dr. Crall at his new location at 4651 Van Dyke Rd. Lutz, FL. I could not be happier with the care I have received. He is very intelligent and thorough. I feel confident that Dr. Crall provides the best family care in the area. I also appreciate that the wait time is very short.
It seems the less than positive reviews here are a reflection of the previous office management rather than the quality of care Dr. Crall provides.

Dr Crall is a really good doctor. His practice is horrible. On an administrative basis they do not call back. If you have a billing issue, forget it! Dr. Crall hides behind the excuse that he really does not run the practice. They went over 6 months without an office manager which caused all sorts of problems with me for insurance purposes. Once, I did not get around to scheduling my blood work after my physical and received a letter threatening to DROP ME AS A PATIENT if I did not get the routine blood work done. By the way, he told me the blood work was optional and I decided to ask for the scrip.

In good conscience I could not recommend the practice for my dog. If Dr. Crall were to take more administrative responsibility I could recommend him.

I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Dr Crall took the time to follow up on with us after hours to discuss test results and expectations.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Not if my life depended on it

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

No. I wasn't listened to at all!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Yes, I was left alone too long
