I had a cavity filled and the Dentist I saw (who they said has since "left their practice"), drilled the biggest hole in my tooth for a tiny cavity. When I asked Dr. Flanagan to check her work, I felt that his assessment/explanation was an excuse to cover up a bad job. One of the dental hygenist scared my 4 year old so badly he curled up in a ball and started crying. I was still charged for his visit, even though she didn't do anything to his teeth. The hygenist was not friendly. My 4 year old has been to the dentist (not this one) 2 times prior and has never been upset. He's always come out smiling. We had recently relocated to this state and this was the first dentist I found that was supposed to be "child friendly." There is rust on equipment and the office has an old, unkempt, unhygenic feel to it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I have found a pediatric dentist who is wonderful...Windham Dental Group pales in comparison as far as I'm concerned.
