After loosing a leg and having a lot of skeletal damage from a motorcycle accident, she put me back together. She was very intent on finding the root cause of every issue and followed through with everything. In fact, she found things that the hospital had overlooked. She had answers to all of my questions and gave me good advice. Her bedside manner is excellent, she really seemed to care. I cannot say enough positive things about her. I wish all of my doctors were like her.

I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. Her nurse had the personality of a rattle snake. I waited almost an hour in the waiting area. Needless to say I will not be going back. The Dr didn't seem very knowledgable anyways.

My husband and I both use Dr. Amy Clunn as our rehabilitation doctor. We both had nerve conduction studies, and 3 times we were scheduled into a time slot that was not long enough to conduct the study. Dr. Clunn did bend her schedule the 3rd time which extended our time in Ocala by many hours, but provided a time slot long enough to perform the study. The wait time to get is is long, but the wait after the appointment (to pay, get prescriptions and next appointment)is horrendous. I would suggest allowing 3 hours for a half hour appointment. Dr. Clunn is one of the very few doctors who accepts Medicaid as payment.
