The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

He is unprofessional and incompetent. We had an appointment scheduled for in the AM and arrived on time. While we were in the waiting room the receptionist got a call and we were ask to leave and come back later in the afternoon. We had another appointment scheduled at a later date and they called and changed that appointment twice on the same day. They put a dental program together for extractions and dentures. We received a second opinion from a reputable and professional oral surgeon which changed the original plan. We met with Larscheid and went over the plan. We were all in agreement on what should be done. When the teeth were extracted, he followed the original plan instead of the new plan that we all agreed upon and did not extract all of the teeth he was suppose to!!

I was told 3 times that they were equipped to handle children before I made an appointment. As soon as we got in we waited over an hour (for a morning appointment) in the smallest waiting room possible (only 3 chairs, people were standing). When they FINALLY saw my boys (who where exceptionally well behaved) they couldn't even take their x-rays because they didn't have proper equipment! I asked 2 times if they were going to order it so they could take their xrays...no real response...just 'we don't have it now'.
Said my older child had 5 visible cavaties and after FINALLY telling me a week later via phone that they would NOT offer my kids xrays (whats the point then?) the dentist himself told me he would blindly fill the 5 cavaties. Ended up blaming my kids for not being 'agreeable'!!! I guess small mouth=bad kids!!!
Took my son to a pediodontist (not covered by my insurance) and low and behold he has 1, yes ONE cavaty!!!! NOT FIVE!!!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!
After how we were treated, my husband and I will not be going either!
Lying, rude, inconsiderate JERKS!

It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. Everyone was very professional and my procedure was painless.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. I actually love coming to the office. The staff is super awesome and the doctor takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable and he is causing no pain. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance.

Dr Dan is very nice, but most of his staff is not, especially the lady the lady who manages the acounts. She talks down to you, and does not have very good people skills. There is almost a 100 charge on my credit card for a service which I cancelled in advance, and which was never rendered. It has been almost 3 months since, and the charge is still on my card. I have called 3 times to get it removed. I am currently looking for a new place to move my business.

But...
The staff at Dentistry at the Crest is very friendly and professional, the facility is easy to find and very clean. My procedure was pain-free and effective. Overall I give this practice high marks.

Was scheduled for surgery and had to cancel due to health reasons. Was charged in advance of the surgery upwards of $6k. Was supposed to be refunded and they apparently can not give a refund. Have contacted multiple times for refund and just get the run around. VERY POOR SERVICE!!
