It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a large staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute.

All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all

No, there weren't many to choose from

Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere
