I have rarely had more problems with a doctor or staff. From billing errors due to probable improper insurance filing, lab test forms not filled out correctly, rude staff and an apparent lack of interest by the doctor, I have determined that this office is definitely not the one I want to go to ever again. My health is too important to me to go to a doctor/office that has failed to be concerned or responsive to my health concerns.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
