Dr. Bhushan herself is a great doctor. The real problems is that they over book their appointments and so the wait is usually stupidly long; I usually plan at least three to four hours to be safe. It is sometimes quicker if you have an appointment and not just a sick child that needs seeen but sometimes even your appointment can have you wait forever. Yes, the office is small and not immaculate but I have been in much worse. The office staff isn't overly friendly and I don't like that you have to wait in front of the frosted glass before they even let you sign in, but they are not rude either.

My wife took our children there and upon arrival the staff, mainly the elderly lady at the front, was very rude to my family and slammed the window on my wife. My wife waited and no-one ever came out to see our children who are sick. With such lack of consideration for my family I can only come to the conclusion the because race she was abusive. These days if you can't deal with people of other races then don't take a job where you have to interact with them, unless that is the accepted culture within this office. Makes you think....

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times?
Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
