The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I went to a couple of psychiatrists before that didn't remember me or my circumstances no matter how many times I went there, but not here. They always remember everything about me and my situation so I don't have to re-explain everything.
