The staff will shut the window in your face mid-sentence. Dr Desautel is personable and very friendly. Unfortunately, in six visits for two problems he has never resolved my issue. His PA borders on a "right to treatment" lawsuit. I walked in suffering and in pain. She did not run a single test, did not offer any treatment suggestions and told me to wait two weeks for my appt with him. Both time I got frustrated and went to a walk in clinic where tests were run and my problem was resolved in a single visit.
