This "Dental Office is PATHETIC: 1) They are ALL about Cleaning and not much more. 2) Each time, they do ONE thing, so they can Double and Triple Bill you/Medicaid, for what REAL dentists would do in ONE Visit. 3)Their "Management is RARELY in the Office or...the Receptionist keeps the Patients away from filing complaints with Management...either way, NO WAY to run a business. 4) The Dentists on hand, can't handle anything beyond a simple front teeth pull and "farm" you out to "Surgeons" for BASIC Dentistry. Yes, they are teaching others there...to give Cleanings and how to have a bad attitude. 5) Want your Dental Records that you paid for, in a 2 week, timely, fashion...Best of luck to you, as the people behind the desk are pretty clueless, minus ONE, older type,employee in the Office. 6) The Lead Dental Assistant has a MAJOR, BAD, attitude and is "training" the newbis/students to have that same lame attitude: she even writes negative comments in your permanent folder, if you bother to state that you haven't a liking for...going to the dentist. In FACT, she even stated to me: "We don't like Patients, who don't like Dentists.". That's well and good, as I don't like Dental Offices where the Office's ego, overrides the Patient's welfare/care. I would NOT recommend this Office to anyone, except Prisoners, at the the local Prisons, as...the attitudes fit the "Prison Mentality". Their intro "niceness" dissipates the moment you question ANYTHING they say, which IS your Right, as a Patient. .

Definitely! They barely cleaned my teeth at all
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!
Would you recommend this dentist to others?
No
Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists?
No, it's obvious their colleagues don't respect them

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Not really. I usually have to wait a long time
