They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative.
All gyn's are great until you have a problem. Perimenopausal symptoms are awful. I walked out of 4 MD offices before I saw Dr. Pollack.
My first vist, Dr. Pollack explained the process and what can be done to make it more comfortable. We talked in his office until I had a full understanding. He agreed with my choice of a topical hormone cream. But, explained other hormone options. I really felt like he was working with me, not on me. I'm in the medical field. He was recommended by several friends with close knowledge of the options available in the area. Great choice!

I was so impressed with this doctor. Most appointments were close to on time and he take his time to answer questions.

Far exceeds expectations with patient interaction, concern for personal needs, and leading edge surgical techniques with extraordinary results. I recommend Dr. Neil Pollack to all my family and friends. I have 24 years of experience with Dr. Pollack from childbirth to mid life conditions.
