I have been seeing Dr. Gupta for over 9 years now... I’ve always found him to be an extremely caring doctor...He’s well informed on any new treatments available...He also treated my mother for many years until her passing...The staff is always cordial and helpful... The only drawback from this office is that the waits can be extreme at most times..I would highly recommend Dr.Gupta!

I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. They scream at one another all the time and he is always running late!! I got an appointment quickly, but I've always had to wait way, way too long in the waiting room (like several hours!!). Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

THIS DOCTOR SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO READ AND THEN RE-READ THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH. HE IS THE MOST UNCARING, POMPOUS INDIVIDUAL THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE TO MEET.
