All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Absolutely not. I even asked for an explanation and was ignored

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Yes, but it stopped within a few hours

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

No, they didn't last more than a week

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly

The Dr was nice enough but they had 4 other patients waiting , my appoinment was at 2 pm and after I was seated in a room I did not see the Dr for 45 min! I did have a very nice pregnant assistant but the head assistant kept talking down to her,I was seen by the Dr at around 3 pm and was told that I needed some fillings and that we would set them up "up front" when I got to the front the blond with short hair startes talking about my insurance company and how they dictate my treatment and that I need to sign up for their plan, I listened to her and then said why would I spend $119.00 for a plan when I already had insurance she just kept on about how crappy my insurance was.......DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE........they obviously do not want to work with your insurance company.

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The doctor kept calling my 10 year old son "Young lady". Trying not to embarrass my son I kept pointedly saying "HIM" and "KEITH" when talking about his cavity but the dentist did not catch on. The work was fine but my son left feeling upset and I was pretty irked. I would go back but not to that particular doctor.
