I've gotten professional yet personalized treatment here. They worked with me on prices before I got insurance. They are realistic about what they can do and are not farming me to endodontists, etc. like so many dental offices before me. They are simple and direct. Their pricing is realistic and so is their work.

They are butchers. Customer service lacking in thank-yous, good byes on the phone (always too quick to hang up on you). Hands off dentists ... and they let new tech-school technicians hack up your teeth - you invariably have to go back at least once or twice. They leave gaps between teeth and they once put the wrong filling in the tooth ... they threw me $20 tube of whitening gel as compensation. Chop-shop, I bet the technicians are paid minimally too. I gave them 4 too many chances to get batter at whatever it is they are supposed to do. I'm an idiot.

I find Comfort Dental's pricing for certain services outrageous! My husband had an upper partial made for him and it only cost $525. He had at least 4 or 5 appoint.'s for fittings, etc, I was told I needed a root canal and 2 crowns - the cost would be $1800 At the most I would only need 2 appoint.'s Have been looking around to see if I can find a dentist whose prices are more reasonable..I was okay with the dentist I had and do agree that the chairs are very comfortable. That's about it.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. I was not impressed by the way the staff in the back kept giggling like school girls and pretty much left the person working on my teeth alone.I had a pretty good experience. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I am not happy about the continuing pain and will be going back again for this issue. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure.

I was already concerned about going to a "second tier" dentist's office before showing up and all of my concerns were confirmed upon my first appointment this morning. I showed up 5 minutes early to my 8:00am appointment today and waited 45 minutes without any dentist seeing me. There were 3-4 dentists just walking around the back talking about the Broncos game from the night before and also going out back to take "smoke breaks" and still nobody saw me. After 45 minutes I got up and asked why nobody had seen me for and then just walked out. Do yourself a favor and see a "real" dentist, don't ever go to a retail dentist like Comfort Dental and definitely don't ever go to this location in Golden!
