Great doctor.,with a very caring office. He exhausted all the conservative options and then operated on and gave me a great result with rotator cuff surgery on my shoulder. Everything was explained to me and he delivered exactly like he said. I even received personal phone calls from his office checking on me after my surgery. Dr Samotin told me on the first visit that he tries to treat all his patients like family .And he does!!!!!!!!!

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
