After 5 years as a customer, my insurance changed. At my next cleaning I asked if my new insurance was accepted, and the receptionist said yes I would be covered. However, she was wrong and now I have a bill for over $300 for a cleaning! How is it my responsibility to make up for her mistake? After refusing to pay the bill, I have been threatened with a lawsuit, wow what great customer service. I just want to bring it to the public knowledge that it is possible to be sued for a $300 cleaning that you shouldn't even be liable for due to mistakes made at the front desk.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Pyne for many years. We feel he is an excellent dentist. Plus, his cheerful upbeat attitude make the visits much more pleasant. His staff is awesome too! Martha, Susanna and Sylvia (staff and hygenist) have been with him for many years. That says a lot!!! Obviously, he treats them well.

Dr. Pyne is my absolute favorite! He seems to know everyone who comes in and always remembers what I've been up to and what we chatted about the time before. I love the techs as well, they always do a great job on my teeth with a minimum amount of discomfort. Honestly, its been the best experience I've had at the denstists (although I've never had a terrible experience anywhere) I've got my wife going here now too and we'll stick with him as long as we're in Denver.

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.
