The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Dr. Factora has an excellent bedside manner. He listens to his patients and always asks if we have any questions and understand everything he has said. Rare to find a dedicated professional like this!!!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected
