Not only is the receptionist rude and whiny, but the doctor complained the entire time I was stuck, unable to speak, in the exam chair! One dental assistant never introduced herself but addressed me by name repeatedly. I wasn't happy with the upper front temporary bridge color - it was YELLOW and my teeth are WHITE. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, these people strung me along for a week before Micheli called my house and told me he wasn't the doctor for me! The check he wrote to reimburse me was post-dated and his apology was insincere. How unprofessional can a business be? Visit Shadow Hills Dental and find out! I recommend complaining to DORA if your experience with this business is anything like mine. If zero stars were available, I would click on that.

Receptionist is the rudest ever!! They definitely need another one! I got in pretty good with my appt and the prices are not that bad for work. Doctor was nice for the most part, had a attitude sometimes. I would rather go to a different dentist though if i could pick.

It was a horrible experience! Pulled 2 teeth that didn't need to be pulled. Didn't fit the denture right. Charged for work that was suppose to have been included in the denture work. Would not recommend this dentist to my dog.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I wouldn't have even thought about making an appointment here. I called around to multiple dentists about having a root canal. Shadow Hills was able to get me in the following week. Then I heard nothing but terrible things about them! One friend told me that he had taken his father-in-law there to have a tooth pulled, & they pulled the wrong one!!! That's just one thing among many other things I was told. The more I thought about it, I realized they were going to perform a root canal without having any proof that I needed one!!! They did not schedule for any x-rays or exams, just scheduled the root canal. I cancelled my appointment & the woman got absolutely furious with me!! She was yelling at me, saying she had turned away 5 other patients that wanted my time slot. She harassed me, & asked why I was unable to keep my appointment. They must be extremely hard up for money & for patients if they scream at one over the phone. Please please please go somewhere else!! I wish I could give them no stars.
