Everyone that enters Brighton Smiles is made to feel welcome by a warm and caring staff. I never have to wait for my appointment and am always pleasantly surprised how comfortable Dr. Spencer and her assistants make me feel during my visit. It's like having family there to care for me. I can't ask for more than that!

My appointment was primarily with Kristin, dental hygienist, for cleaning & routine maintenance. She is excellent in her skills, personal interaction, & providing dental education. She keeps up on the latest developments in the dental world, & will research issues that she feels deserve a solution.

The lady that cleaned my teeth was very nice the problem i had with the office was billing i asked the people in the front office twice was the cleaning payed for 100% they told me yes
is was but the truth is it was not there was a extra charge that was not part of the cleaning,that was not made know to me
the service was good but the billing was not. being honest to me is the most important part of customer service i would not trust there billing office at all and yes i should have talk to my ins provider 1st but thats how we learn sometimes i hope you have good look with this office if you use it
