I got infected with more than one skin parasite through a "new" epilator that I bought to remove the hair of my arms. Apparently it had been used, returned, and re-stocking to resale before, without stick any advise on the package.
Dr. Oliva has many certificates and diplomas hanging from the walls of his office, however he was unable to diagnose my sickness, although I gave him samples of what coming out from my skin. He washed his hands referring me to another Specialist, meaning another month or more of waiting and hoping to be healed. I consider that he acted very unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetent in my case.

This is a busy office with a wonderful staff and doctor. I wish all of my physicians were the great to deal with. He is very busy but his front desk always trys to get me an appointment even if I have to wait a couple of days. Dr. Oliva is kind and very personable. I disagree with the previous statement about quanity not quality. You will get no better dermatologist anywhere!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. He is a wonderful Dr. I went for a small rash---and just by talking to Me He noticed a very serious problem I had no clue about.. With in 2 weeks I have been treated, and the problem resolved. He moves fast if there is a issue that needs to be addressed. Excellent Dr.
