They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. The toothpaste that they used during my cleaning did not taste good at all. I couldn't wait to spit it out. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.

No, I always have to remind them
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed
