The wait was absolutely ridiculous. I asked the receptionist about it 45 minutes after appointment time, she said she would check & never got back with me. Finally I was called back a full hour after appointment time. Stephen Warren only wants to hear what he has to say. His reply regarding a problem he had not addressed was :"take pills". They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I had to do my own research. He never showed me the x-rays. I felt very rushed. I felt ignored by the Receptionist & Dr..
