Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

They paid attention after several interruptions, and most of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough when they paid attention, but the front desk didn't leave me feeling valued. I was satisfied with the medical staff during my visit, with the exception of being told my insurance was "really really bad" so I shouldn't expect anything but a short consultation. Staff handling referrals to specialists are aloof and refuse to discuss process. I am happy with the nurse practioner's attention and knowledge. Because of the attitude of the practice owner, and now that I'm not limited by my plan, I'm going to find a better general practioner.
