Office manager is unprofessional, rude and incompetent. When asked to resolve an insurance billing problem Helen became very angry and continued to yell and was condescending. I attempted to resolve the problem and she continued to yell and would talk over your concerns. she seriously needs a class in customer service. I would not recommend this office for any procedures and I will never return for any additional procedures.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia
