There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. I was not satisfied with my visit... not much was accomplished and I felt confused and uneasy upon leaving. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I went to them because I had a tooth ache and they were the only one who could see me over the holidays. They booked me a 2 1/12 hour appointment for a root canal and I showed up to find out no one in the office could do a root canal. So they decided to fix other cavities and it took 3 hours. I sat numbed in the chair for an hour before they started my work. By the time she started I wasn't numb anymore. She had to give me more. She also numbed my lower teeth and didn't have time to fix them. She also told me that one of the fillings she did might also need a root canal but she was just going to fill it. I am worried that she may have left decay behind. If she knew how to do a root canal and said let's fill it and see I would have understood. But, since she clearly stated she couldn't do my other root canal I am now worried about my tooth. I will not be returning.
