I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. Dr Romeo Acosta, Jr is very professional, caring and a great listener.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
