Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I didn't feel particularly respected during my visit. They didn't really go out of their way to be nice. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The wait there is forever!!! Be prepared to be there for at least over a hour, even if you have a appointment!!

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I love how friendly and welcoming they are here. They always go out of their way to make me feel right at home and comfortable. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
