I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. My problem is mainly I set an appointment with them for a Friday TWICE both times I get to the office to find out it IS closed. I need my meds today neither my pharmacy nor the hospital has called me now I'm going to be 3 days at least without my medicine!

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
