I went to this dentist for the first time to get a simple cleaning and schedule a future appointment for any further work that needed to be done. After I checked in with the receptionist and was escorted from the waiting room, I told the woman who was about to take my x-rays that the last time I saw a dentist was about 6 months ago. That dentist told me I needed to replace some old fillings. She then told me that she would not be able to see me because my insurance didn’t cover fillings, but fillings are covered under my insurance. She said she wouldn’t help me unless I had an “actual problem.” I then asked her, “So if I told you that my teeth are going to rot if I don’t get new fillings, only then would you help me?” She then called me a liar and a hypocrite because she said I only told her I was there for a cleaning and check up. She then grabbed my unfinished new patient paperwork and told me to leave.

I was absolutely shocked at how rude and unprofessional this woman was. She gave false information about my insurance coverage, perhaps knowingly or maybe out of ignorance. Either way, there is no excuse for her to personally insult me.

Horrible staff, rude on the phone, treated me with indifference and contempt. Never returned my phone calls, and all I was trying to do was schedule an appointment!
How can a dentist allow such rude behavior from his staff? Unless of course they are taking their cues from him!

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Yes! I was in utter agony for days

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I asked for an invoice, but they didn't give me one for over a week. I was wondering whether I'd get one at all. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.
