Jessica Rausch Medina is arrogant and critical. They have her on the list as a provider for children and families. However, someone in this position should be warm and caring. This provider definitely is not. My children did not like her. In addition, she questioned everything I was doing with my children. From the school I send them to, counselors they see and medication they were on all of these were questioned (right in front of my kids). I would have appreciated her questioning not be done in front of my children. She rolled her eyes when I said that my kids saw a life coach for counseling. And questioned the medications that their previous provider had put them on because the provider was "a nurse practitioner." My kids we're doing great on their meds but because she knew better she wanted to change them. Why change something that is working?

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

One thing I really appreciated about them, was that they didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to talk about everything I needed to, without worrying about being interrupted or cut off. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I will absolutely be returning. They did a great job, and I can’t wait for my next appointment.

They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. Also she charges you for 45 minutes but only see's you for 5-10 minutes. Just long enought to write out a prescription. Offers no counceling what so ever.
