This man does not deserve the respect of the title "Doctor". Although I was referred to him by my long term physician, he was the most rude and uncaring doctor I have ever encountered.

My doctor refered me to Grana for an emergency pain issue and I was told to go directly to Granna's office. When I arrived and told the receptionist I was sent from my doctor she rolled her eyes at me. Then Grana showed up and I explained I had been sent there by my doctor to which he replied "You can't walk in off the streets and expect me to give you pain meds". He didn't even inquire why I was there. He said some other very rude comments and I left.


I am well aware of pain med abuse and, in fact, a friend's son actually died from it. To be treated With such rudeness and with such disrespect is unconscionable.
