Whenever I make an appointment, they are always very courteous and have even added me on to their appointment on the same day. I didn't have to wait more than 10-15minutes at the most after I have filled out the necessary paperwork. It appears to me that they do not overbook like other Doctor's office which helps me when I have other appointments for that day. They are very nice and patient and have the skills to deal with my special needs child. I have 2 small kids and it is nice that you don't have to wait long time. The Doctor made my child very relaxed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends.
