He lied to me just to get my business, promising me that he would be in the operating room during my surgery although he would not actually do the surgery. Dr. Castellano who took over the cosmetic surgery business did the surgery, and I have suffered for the last 2 years.

No, they didn't pressure me

Yes, I was in agony!

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

It was nice of them to call me after my surgery to check up on me and ask how I was doing. They genuinely care about all their patients. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never been critical of my appearance, and always work hard to make me feel supported and encouraged.

This Doctor has horrible bedside manner. On two separate occasions, this Doctor was unprofesional and rude. I left my follow up appointments with unanswered questions and concerns. I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone.

Went to Dr Jasin for acne scars. He recomended Erbium Level 6 I trusted him & arranged surgery. Once out I noticed my skin wasn't healing right. He said he could take care of any problems that would come up when i first went in. Told me to give it more time. I was left with more scars only worse & the old ones still were there only now I had a dent, broken blood vessels and a huge scar covering my cheek. I was red for months. When I showed him he ran out of the office, never said he would help & said I needed somebody to help me mentally. That he didn't know what I was talking about. I couldn't belive it. I've been going to doctors for almost 3 yrs now & spending a fortune trying to fix the damage that was done. Still have a long long way to go. I wish I never walked into that office. I don't go out, too embarrised, my life has changed. Sorry but I in no way can recomend him for any kind of laser surgery on your face.
