excellent staff!! Dr Miller gave a Very thorough review of lab work and X-rays. He was personable, caring and professional. I felt that he took my set of circumstances seriously. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

No, it was fine

office staff very unprofessional - would not let me speak to the office manager and yet my records were still incorrect. my medicine lists were incorrect
dr. did not really listen to me....he just wanted pain meds ordered and a kemo drug...in Nov he said I did have the rhemotoid factor and now he says I do not.
I do have artritis and my two hands are inflamed...but I fell and feel that this affected my hands. He said they were swollen...He said all my records were locked into his associates files. I gave him a computer person to unlock the files and they never called. My primary NEVER received my records

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

No, they were fully staffed

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Absolutely Not

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Yes

Yes, they always put customers first
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
