Dr. Harrison talks a lot and you can glean some understanding about your condition by listening closely, but he does not seem to appreciate any follow-up questions from the patient. I'm trying to become educated about my condition, and I appreciate that Dr. Harrison is has many years of experience; however, I feel that his practice has become extremely routine and is more geared toward "maintenance mode" for older patients vs. dealing with younger patients who might be more motivated to learn about and interested in investigating the underlying cause of their condition.

For 75% of my appointments, I've had to wait over an hour to be seen.

I also do not appreciate having to step over large dogs lounging in the treatment area hallways or getting licked by them during my visit.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my friends or family.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
No, they didn't wear any cologne
Did this cardiologist use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

He is a brilliant cardiologist. He is the smartest person I have ever met!
He does medical research and teaches students from the University of South Florida. His interest is advanced cardiac imaging.

Top of the line medical care. There is always a wait, and sometimes it is very long, but I bring a book and build it into my schedule because I am so confident and impressed by the care I receive from this doctor. I have had other cardiologists and he is by far the best.
