The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
