They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.
I was treated like a drug addict and/or criminal for the entire time I was seen there. During that time I had THREE occaisions where I had to stay UNTIL 8 or 9 PM to be seen.I HAD TWO INSTANCES WHERE THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED WHEN I SHOWED-UP FOR MY APPT. I also WITNESSED Dr. Leal SCREAMING AT, AND BERATING PATIENTS-IN A FULL OFFICE!~ He may be credentialled, but he is a PUTZ!~

His office is great if you are a junkie, they violate HIPPA all over the place. The doctor was cursing the whole time around the office and his WIFE that works there was yelling at an employee. Over all very unprofessional. DEA needs to check him office out STAT!

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
