They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Friendly, polite, and incredibly welcoming are just some of the words I would use to describe them. They are just amazing. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

Stay away. They will make you sign documents and overcharge you. They do not honor insurance company rates. They don't give you a breakdown of charges because "the printer is out of paper". You will have a difficult time getting your money back after you've overpaid.

This is the most unprofessional office I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. They cancel my appointments on me, do not reschedule, the office staff is very snotty and do not know what they are doing and constantly give me the run around. They cemented the wrong braces on my teeth because their staff did not read my contract before they did the work. They have screwed up so many times. I do not recommend anyone to go here unless you want your mouth to be butchered.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
