back in 2012 i had two eye operations and they went very well, but in july 2015 i had a problem with my right eye as retina detachment and called Dr Perez office on July first at 3.30 pm as an emergency call but the front office informed me that they are fully booked till July 6,2015, i explained to them that i lost 75% of my vision but no luck, i wanted to have the care of Dr Perez therefore i stayed till Friday July 3rd where i was very worry that i may lose my vision if i stayed any longer, i went to an emergency room where they hardly found another specialist 45 minutes away who informed me with my retina problem, he kept calling till he found another doctor 45 minutes away, that professional doctor opened his office at 9.00 am in his day off forth of July and examined me and decided to operate on on 48 hours and he done good.after 4 months he found out that needed another lasik operation in my other eye where i decided to go back to doctor Perez office, after calling the office i was told that i have to pay $125.00 for office visit, i went to the office on November 17,2015 where i was told to pay $ 275.00 because they consider me a new patient , i told them i am a patient since 2012 but no luck, i needed an operation but that behavior is not accepted, i leave that issue to Dr Perez to handle it, i am not happy with the front office action, ethics and integrity should come first and fees comes second

Just wanted to take a second to thank doctors Don and Bernard Perez, as well as their team, for their attention to my wife’s very serious eye condition. I’m convinced that her long term vision prognosis would not be as hopeful if not for their attention and how aggressively they chose to treat her condition. I feel as though we could not have been in better hands and we were lucky to have had them on our recovery team.
