Unfortunately zero stars was not an option for Dr Gupta. As if a complete lack of personality was not enough of a problem, this Dr has been absolute no help since our first visit to the ER with chest pains almost a year ago. When he was on call and we asked for a Dr to call back we got a poor response. After going to see him he was dismissive, provided one word answers, lacked any constructive feedback and was just plain old unfriendly. In addition, common courtesy appears to be missing from his treatment of patients. Who brings extra medical personnel into an exam room without any introduction or explanation? Front desk staff and the other doctors are the only reasons this review should get any stars.
