I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. He is always ready to listen to new ideas about treatment and to explore the latest treatment options. He is conscientious about medications and their interactions, as well as side effects and quality of life is an important issue to him for his patients.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
