Yes, extremely spacious

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. The office staff NEVER follows through on returning phone calls, faxes or anything I personally needed.

They were average

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
