I heard Dr. Rowland is great but you won't see him if your problem can't wait a couple of months so I took the offer of seeing some other doctor in the clinic but my experience overall was not good. The waiting time was 1:08 to see the doctor, who had to take 2 phone calls while with me. The clinic took my insurance card only to bill me later for almost double any walk in clinic affirming they don't accept my insurance. I didn't think that was very honest, they should have told me upfront. The receptionist is so dry that is almost rude.
Overall it was not a good experience.

The office staff is nice when you are there, but to get someone to call you back is nearly impossible. Their billing department sends you bills for copays you paid at the time of your visit and they often use the wrong billing codes when billing your insurance company. I hate this office and will not be returning.

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy
