Dr Naus and his staff are very professional and yet have a truly good bed-side manner. They provide excellent evaluation of illness and have treated my medical problems well. Dr. Naus and his staff truly care about the patient and how best to make them better. Their offices from the waiting room to exam room and bathrooms are very clean......I highly recommend this practice..

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
