It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important.

My children have been going to PB Peds for many years and have only seen Dr. Kraft 1 time. Unfortunately I just found out that the staff who examined my children were NOT doctors NOR nurse practioners.They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are.My children NEVER saw the same person more than once, so they never got to know my child on a personal basis. It's very frustrating. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
